I created Lexington Learning as a boutique consultancy where I combine my teaching experience, instructional design expertise and passion for digital learning to support learners and educators. With over ten years experience across state schools, private secondary schools and FE colleges, I specialise in creating meaningful, engaging and effective learning experiences that respond to the needs of each individual or organisation I work with.

I help schools, colleges and adult learners strengthen their practice through digital learning, AI integration, classroom management strategies, curriculum development and teacher wellbeing. My approach is personal, flexible and grounded in real classroom experience, allowing me to understand challenges from a practitioner’s perspective and offer practical, tailored solutions.
